Accepted payment methods

Currently, Decoracionesfriso accepts:

Visa
Mastercard

Additional payment methods may be displayed during the checkout process, if available.

Currency and taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Product prices include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if any, are displayed during the checkout process before the customer confirms the order.

Shipping costs at checkout
Orders of €120 or more: free standard shipping.
Orders under €120: flat rate of €15 for standard shipping.
Payment authorization and collection

When placing an order, the payment method may be authorized or charged for the full amount of the order, depending on the payment process used by the payment service provider.

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment verification, address verification, and fraud prevention checks. If an order cannot be accepted or completed after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the unavailable or cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment security

Payments are processed through third-party payment systems. Decoracionesfriso does not store full card numbers on its own website systems.

Fraud prevention

Decoracionesfriso may reject, cancel, or hold an order if there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use of the payment method, incorrect billing information, potential fraud, or other security issues.

If an order is cancelled for these reasons after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method, if possible.

Billing information

Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent order processing.
