Where do you ship?
Decoracionesfriso ships to delivery addresses in Spain for which the shipping option is available during checkout. If your address is outside the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, or if the payment system does not confirm delivery availability for your address, please contact us before placing your order.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is €15 for orders under €120. Standard shipping is free for orders of €120 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated transit time is usually 3 to 7 business days for most eligible delivery addresses in Spain. Large or bulky furniture may require additional coordination and may take longer to arrive.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before shipping by contacting info@decoracionesfriso.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed, as orders may be processed quickly. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be feasible; however, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal or avail yourself of the return policy, as applicable.
What is the legal right of withdrawal period?
For online purchases made by consumers, the legal right of withdrawal period is generally 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
What is the return policy?
In addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, Decoracionesfriso offers a commercial return period of 30 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after the legal right of withdrawal period must comply with the commercial return conditions stipulated in the Refund Policy.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
In cases of legal withdrawal or returns not motivated by quality issues, the customer is generally responsible for bearing the direct costs of return shipping, unless Decoracionesfriso agrees otherwise or current legislation requires otherwise. In the case of valid claims for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect products, Decoracionesfriso will bear the reasonable costs of return shipping whenever it is necessary to return the item.
Are original shipping costs refunded?
If the customer validly exercises their legal right of withdrawal within the 14 calendar days, the cost of the initial standard shipping paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. If the customer had chosen a more expensive shipping method, only the amount corresponding to the cost of the cheapest standard shipping will be refunded. For commercial returns not motivated by quality issues made after the legal right of withdrawal period, original shipping costs will not be refundable, unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact info@decoracionesfriso.com stating your order number, attaching photographs, and providing a description of the problem. Please report any visible delivery-related incidents as soon as possible —preferably within 48 hours of receipt— so that we can handle the matter quickly. This does not limit your legal rights in case of receiving defective or non-conforming products.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, Decoracionesfriso accepts Visa and Mastercard payments. Other available payment methods may be displayed during the checkout process.
Are taxes included?
Product prices include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs —if any— are displayed before confirming the order.
What warranty applies?
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods established in current Spanish legislation.
